We are specialists in Grade II listed conversions and restorations. Georgian merchant houses, listed terraces, rural listed properties. Delivered in close collaboration with conservation officers from the first site visit.

Restaurants, apart-hotels and hospitality fit-outs. Hospitality is unforgiving – the build has to hand over ready to trade. Our in-house trades teams are built for exactly this.
Public Sector
The focus of Nolan Special Projects and a primary growth area for the group. Our operating model is built for governance, social value and value for money.
