What we do

Eight services. One team.

Eight services.
One team.

We deliver a range of principal contracting and specialist construction services for developers, asset owners, private clients, professional partners and public sector procurement teams.

01

Principal Contracting

End-to-end project delivery under a single point of accountability, from pre-construction through to handover. One team, one programme, one line of responsibility. You deal with us throughout — not a fragmented supply chain.

02

New Build

Commercial and residential new builds in structural steel, concrete frame and timber cassette. Complex projects where early strategic decisions shape programme certainty, buildability and long-term value.

03

Complex Refurbishment

Full-scale refurbishment of existing buildings including structural alterations, M&E renewal, fit-out and finishing. Often in occupied or operationally sensitive environments where sequencing and communication matter as much as the build.

04

Heritage & Listed Buildings

A strong track record delivering Grade II listed conversions and restorations. Our in-house capability runs from heritage joinery and traditional material specification to modern M&E integration. We build the programme around the realities of the consents process.

05

Commercial Fit-Out

Turnkey interior fit-out for hospitality, office and retail environments. In-house joinery, specialist finishes and commercial kitchen design and installation — with complete control from concept through to completion.

06

In-House Trades

Joinery, facades and flooring employed directly — not subcontracted. By keeping experienced teams inside one integrated delivery model, we maintain consistency, accountability and a closer connection to the detail, the client and each other.

07

Pre-Construction

Feasibility, buildability assessment, cost planning and value engineering. Grounded in live site experience rather than desk theory. One of the strongest indicators of whether a project will run to programme.

08

Consultancy

Client-side advisory, project oversight and construction management for clients who need senior construction judgement without a full principal contractor appointment.
