01Who can I refer?
Holding answer. Anyone with a building project in the North West: homeowners, business owners, landlords, developers, or professional contacts such as architects and surveyors
02When do I get paid?
Holding answer. Once the contract is signed and the project has started on site. We will let you know as soon as that happens.
03Is there a minimum project size?
Holding answer. There is no hard minimum. If you are not sure, refer them anyway and we will take a look
04What if they have already spoken to you?
The referral needs to be new to us to qualify. We will tell you straight away if a contact is already on our books.
05Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Each signed project earns a separate £1,000, up to the five-project limit.
